PROVIDER PrimeWeb SaaS AI is operated and provided by: Prime Web Consulting LLC 2355 Westwood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90064 United States Email: info@primewebconsultingglobal.com These Terms govern access to and use of PrimeWeb SaaS AI and the related software services, subscriptions, add-ons, and digital services. For applicable transactions, Sell More With Video LTD may act solely as the merchant and billing entity. 2. ACCOUNTS Users must provide accurate account information and keep their login credentials secure. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to the user. Accounts must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. 3. PLANS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS PrimeWeb SaaS AI offers different subscription plans and optional add-ons. Available functionality, usage allowances, client-account limits, AI allowances, white-label capabilities, and other features depend on the selected plan. The applicable price and billing period are displayed before purchase. 4. BASE PLANS PrimeWeb SaaS AI base subscription plans are non-additive. When a customer upgrades from one base plan to another, the new base plan replaces the previous base plan. Customers are not intended to be charged simultaneously for multiple base plans for the same PrimeWeb SaaS AI account. Optional add-ons may be charged separately. 5. RECURRING BILLING Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing period disclosed at checkout unless cancelled before the applicable renewal. By purchasing a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes the applicable merchant and payment provider to process recurring charges. Where a promotional first-period price differs from the subsequent renewal price, this will be disclosed as part of the applicable offer or checkout. 6. Sell More With Video LTD does not operate or provide the PrimeWeb SaaS AI platform. The underlying PrimeWeb SaaS AI service is provided by Prime Web Consulting LLC. 7. UPGRADES Eligible customers may upgrade their base subscription. The new base plan replaces the previous base plan rather than being added to it. Applicable pricing and billing information will be displayed before an upgrade is confirmed. 8. CANCELLATION Customers may cancel future renewal using available account functionality or by contacting: info@primewebconsultingglobal.com Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period. 9. FAILED PAYMENTS If a recurring payment fails, the account may enter an applicable payment recovery or grace period. Paid functionality may subsequently be restricted or suspended if payment remains unresolved. 10. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Certain PrimeWeb SaaS AI functionality depends on third-party artificial intelligence providers. Depending on the plan, AI functionality may use an included platform allowance or require the customer to connect their own supported API credentials. Third-party availability, models, rate limits, pricing, and performance may change independently of Prime Web Consulting LLC. 11. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND DATA Customers remain responsible for content and data they upload, create, store, process, or publish through PrimeWeb SaaS AI. Customers confirm that they possess the rights and lawful authority required to process such information. 12. ACCEPTABLE USE PrimeWeb SaaS AI must not be used to: * Violate applicable law * Commit or facilitate fraud * Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights * Distribute malware or malicious code * Attempt unauthorized system access * Circumvent security or usage restrictions * Abuse platform or third-party resources 13. WHITE LABEL AND RESELLER RIGHTS White-label functionality does not automatically include reseller rights. Reseller rights and reseller capacity exist only where expressly included in the purchased plan or separately purchased. Applicable account, license, and reseller limits are determined by the customer's current plan and purchased entitlements. 14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES PrimeWeb SaaS AI may integrate with third-party services. Use of such services may additionally be governed by the terms and policies of the respective third-party provider. 15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY Prime Web Consulting LLC uses reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security requirements, third-party outages, infrastructure problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control. 16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PrimeWeb SaaS AI software, interface elements, branding, documentation, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Prime Web Consulting LLC and/or its applicable licensors. Purchase of a subscription grants only the applicable right to use the service and does not transfer ownership of the software or underlying intellectual property. 17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security abuse, or persistent non-payment. 18. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses may be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 19. GOVERNING LAW AND MANDATORY RIGHTS The contractual relationship for the PrimeWeb SaaS AI service is with Prime Web Consulting LLC. Applicable governing law, jurisdiction, and mandatory consumer protections may depend on the customer's location and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. 20. CHANGES These Terms may be updated where reasonably necessary due to legal, security, operational, technical, or service changes. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 21.
